I'm a 29-year-old illustrator and tattoo artist from Dourados, Brazil. I have twelve years of experience in illustration and seven years in tattoo concept design. Currently, my focus is on developing monsters and character concepts, primarily using paper, ink, and graphite (or needles for those who are brave!). I have a special love for dark fantasy; the art of being able to create infinite narratives through drawing is what moves me the most.
My main job as a tattoo artist these days is to use my creativity to create custom designs and apply tattoos. First, I consult with clients to understand the main idea of the design and set a price, and then I sketch the tattoo design for approval.
With the concept ready, I use needles and tattoo ink to create the design on the skin in a location where the client feels most comfortable.
As a manga teacher, my job was to plan art lessons based on students' learning objectives, focusing on developing drawing, coloring, and painting techniques. I also provided instruction on the use of materials such as graphite pencils and charcoal, as well as oil paints, India ink, acrylics, and watercolors.
The main goal was to introduce students to the manga drawing format, addressing the construction of the human body and how to create characters that could be used in a comic or illustration.
